Professional & Industry Mentorship
I also actively contribute to game development education and mentorship, bridging the gap between academia and industry. Through hands-on guidance, technical leadership, and creative direction, I help aspiring developers refine their skills, navigate the game development pipeline, and launch successful projects.
Graduate Assistant @ Massachusetts Digital Games Institute (MassDigi)
Cohort SIP & ESIP ‘24
Provided high-level mentorship to 42 students across 7 interdisciplinary teams in the nationally recognized MassDigi Summer Innovation Program (SIP). Guided teams through the full game development lifecycle from ideation to publishing, while advising on game design principles, agile workflows, market analysis, and publishing strategies. Fostered a studio-like production environment to prepare students for careers in the gaming industry by connecting them with industry professionals and ensuring hands-on, real-world development experience.
