Provided high-level mentorship to 42 students across 7 interdisciplinary teams in the MassDigi Summer Innovation Program (SIP), a nationally recognized game development accelerator. Guided teams through the full game development lifecycle—from ideation to publishing—while advising on game design principles, agile workflows, market analysis, and publishing strategies. Fostered a studio-like production environment to prepare students for careers in the gaming industry by connecting them with industry professionals and ensuring hands-on, real-world development experience.
